hotfix 0.4.10

- fixed free cancel allowing you to use every option on-hit and if you whiff while the opponent is still in hitstun, essentially forcing the player to hit free for every action during a combo for what is essentially turbo mode at no cost.

sliding this last one in for today. free cancel continues to break everything, but i'm pretty much 100% there are no more devastatingly game breaking bugs now. and if there are, well, deal with it bicth! today has been such a shitshow i apologize big time. the next new feature will remain unstable for a lot longer. thanks for bearing with me
