- Just some fixes for the new move

- Skull Shaker
- Opponent shouldn't fall out of it anymore
- Knockback reduced (6 -> 4)
- Effective hitstun increased by 1 frame
- Altered rules for sending the opponent airborne; if this move were to pop up the opponent (on the 7th grounded combo hit) it will instead pop them up on the *next* hit you land. This flag might be enabled on other moves in the future.

quick bug report: ninja's dropkick i-frames transfer onto his bullets... its kinda bs
Please for the love of all that is holy, rework geyser or remove it entirely, i say this as a wizard main and my god is it if not one of the most obnoxious moves ive scene be used in almost all the matches ive been in. Not only is its range insane, so is wind up, practically giving wizard a even faster version of the cowboys quick draw. i mean this as someone who loves playing wizard, geyser is busted, and doesnt fit his kit at all
have to agree here, its pretty busted, the range combined with all the other features the wizard had, makes it pretty strong
making it a super, shortening its range, and making it come out a bit slower are ways i could think of it being balanced
you could also (along with the above) make it replace sandstorm by having it just knock opponents back instead of deal damage as well
